Following the success of the one-off direct flights from Perth to London and Rome, the new Perh – Pais route will see Qantas operate to the French capital for the first time in nearly two decades, cutting around three hours off the current fastest journey time.
From 12 July 2024, Perth – Paris flights will initially be operated four days a week with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. From mid-August 2024, the number of flights will be reduced to three per week. The duration of a flight will be 17 hours on average.
