On 3 August, SilkAir has made a commitment to Boeing for 31 of aircraft 737-8 MAX 8 and 23 Aircraft 737-800 Next Generation. SilkAir is a Singapore Airlines subsidiary and operates flights to 39 from destinations in China, Australia, Asia.
The value of the order is valued at 4.9 billion dollars at list price. Boeing is just waiting for a firm order and to pass it into the database.
