On 21 September 2016, with a postponement of 2 days, Wizz Air started the race Bucharest - Budapest. The inaugural flight took off from Bucharest with 176 of passengers on board. Cristi told us that on the return flight there were 149 passengers. We can say that these flights have a very good load factor (LF).

It is worth mentioning that Wizz Air has operated flights on this route, but gave up on 8 August 2012.

There will be three flights a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with prices starting from 69 of lei / segment.
