The busiest routes in 2023 – international flights
- The busiest international air route in 2023 is Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – Singapore Changi (SIN) cu 4,9 million seats .
- Cairo (CAI) – Jeddah (JED) is in second place, with 4,8 million seats , with only a 2% capacity difference between first and second place.
- Hong Kong (HKG) – Taipei (TPE) it is the third busiest international route as of 2023, with 4,6 million seats. This was the busiest route of 2019 and capacity has fallen by 43% since then.
- Seoul Incheon (ICN) – Osaka Kansai (KIX) is the fourth busiest international route in 2023, with 4,2 million seats .
