The first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Oman Air was delivered

On 31 January 2018, the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Oman Air was delivered. It is part of an 30 order of aircraft of the MAX 8 model.

First Boeing 737 MAX 8 Oman Air was delivered, one of the 30 of ordered aircraft. With the new aircraft, Oman Air will develop its services, while also benefiting from significant savings by reducing fuel consumption.

The new 737 MAX 8 Oman Air are configured in 2 classes and can carry a total of 162 passengers: 12 seats to business class and 150 seats to economy class.

Business class passengers will enjoy an 17 inch touchscreen, while economy class passengers will have 10.2 inch screens. All passengers will also benefit from a USB port for charging phones, electronic equipment, etc.

The commercial relationship between Boeing and Oman Air is over 25 years old. Oman air has 22 fleet of Boeing 737-800, 5 x 737-900ER, 4 x 787-8 and 3 x 787-9 fleets.
