As we announced in the summer of 2015, Saudi Arabian Airlines was the launch customer for Airbus A330-300 Regional.

The aircraft was delivered on 18 August 2016. It is the first of the 20 of A330-300 Regional aircraft ordered, in 2015, at the Paris Airshow. The first Airbus A330-300 Regional joins the Saudia fleet, where we find 12 A330-300 and 50 aircraft from the A320 family.
A330-300 Regional is an optimized model for flights up to 5000 kilometers (approximately 5 flight hours). It is a recommended aircraft for short and medium distance routes, offering significant cost savings. It will also allow the transport of up to 400 passengers.
The A330-300 Regional aircraft will allow the transport of a large number of passengers over a short / medium distance, thus facilitating the increase of the number of passengers on the regional routes.
