Air Canada has unveiled the new visual identity applied to its aircraft!
On 9 February, at three events held simultaneously in Canada, Air Canada unveiled the new livery for aircraft, new cabin crew uniforms and new menus introduced on board aircraft. The 3 press conferences were held in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
Evolution of the Air Canada livery (1937-2017)
According to Air Canada officials, the new visual identity, new uniforms and new passenger services were inspired by the Canadian spirit. This year, Canada celebrates 150, which is a good opportunity for Air Canada to identify with the national brand.
The new Air Canada livery
Air Canada aircraft will be painted in a livery black and white, which will highlight the red of the maple leaf. The first 3 aircraft, which were painted in the new Air Canada livery, will return to commercial service starting today. These are: Airbus A321-200 (C-GJWO) presented in Montreal, Boeing 787-8 (C-GHPQ) presented to Toronto and Airbus A321-200 presented in Vancouver.
