The way of evaluating and selecting the submitted bids, as well as the procedure for conducting the negotiations, will be established along with the company's creditors (including ANAF). Blue Air officials consider date 20th May 2013 as a deadline for receiving final offers. In this respect, the selection criteria will be approved by the creditors of the company and its shareholders, together with the Negotiation Commission, to be appointed.

The decision to sell the company does not in any way affect the flights made or scheduled. The flight schedule remains unchanged, and the flights are normally performed according to it. Also, air tickets purchased so far or that will be purchased in the future are and will remain valid. The identification of an investor aims to strengthen the Blue Air position in the air transport market, both in Romania and in the European states where flights are operated.

Currently, Blue Air operates flights with 8 aircraft, to 30 from European destinations departing from Bucharest, Bacău and Sibiu.
