The Netherlands will move the Canary and Balearic Islands from the yellow to the orange list, starting on July 16. For this reason, TUI Netherlands temporarily cancels all leisure trips to the two holiday destinations, from 16 July to 2 August.

Dutch travelers who are - currently - on one of the two islands, can end their vacation and return home with the scheduled return flight. The Dutch government has stated that it will become mandatory to perform a PCR test before returning to the Netherlands for those who are not fully vaccinated or who cannot present a certificate that they have passed the disease.

"We temporarily cancel all leisure trips between July 16 and August 2 to the following destinations: Balearic Islands, Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera and the Canary Islands, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma and El Hierro. Travelers will get their money back and can choose another destination themselves. ”
