The Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport together with the support of the Cluj-Napoca City Hall and the CTP Cluj-Napoca public transport company announces that starting today, May 2, 2023, there will be a new express line from the airport to Piața Mihai Viteazul.
The new transport line, served by electric buses, ensures direct interconnection between the airport and the city center, offering a fast and convenient option for Cluj residents and tourists.
The A1E express line enters the airport parking lot and stops at both the Departures and Arrivals terminals, and the price of a ticket is 6 lei/trip. These can be purchased directly from the means of transport using the POS.
During the journey, the means of transport will stop at stations only at the request of the passengers by pressing the control button inside the vehicle.
Route of the A1E line:
- Go: P-ța Mihai Viteazul (Mihai Viteazul Vest station), Cuza Vodă str., B-dul 21 Decembrie 1989, Aurel Vlaicu str., Traian Vuia str., Airport (Departures Terminal station, Arrivals Terminal station).
- Return: Airport (Terminal Sosiri station), Traian Vuia str., Aurel Vlaicu str., B-dul 21 Decembrie 1989, Regele Ferdinand str., Mihai Viteazul Square (south side), Ion Popescu Voinești str., Square Mihai Viteazul (north side), Piata Mihai Viteazul Vest station.
