The IOSA program is internationally recognized as the reference safety audit. IATA (International Air Transport Association) member airlines are aligned with the IOSA standards in its operational activities and this is a major element in improving aviation safety.

Over 380 of airlines are aligned with IOSA standards and are registered as IOSA operators. Air Moldova is one of these companies, being aligned with the global requirements of the aeronautical industry regarding the quality, safety and security of air transport operations. This fact has been demonstrated once again in the recent IOSA Enhanced audit.

In order to maintain its IOSA registered company status, airlines are required to successfully pass the IOSA audit once every 2 years to ensure the continuous and systematic implementation of safety standards.

At 13 July 2004, Air Moldova became an active IATA member. In December 2008 the airline was included in the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) registry. Obtaining the IOSA certificate is the sign of quality for an airline and its recognition by the global aviation community as a secure carrier, which meets all international safety requirements.

Air Moldova operates direct flights to 20 of cities on the territory of Europe and CIS, offering two classes - Econom and Business.
