Airbus A330-300 Finnair will be introduced to Brussels, London and Malaga
In the winter season 2018-2019, Finnair will fly with Airbus A330-300 on several European routes. It is a great opportunity for aircraft and flight enthusiasts to try the comfort of these aircraft without having to fly long-haul.
There is a growing demand on European flights. Given that many airports are limited to slots, airlines are required to introduce large capacity aircraft. In this situation is also Finnair, which announced the introduction of Airbus A330-300 aircraft on several European routes, widebody aircraft dedicated to long-haul flights.
The first route announced was Helsinki - Brussels, about which I wrote that it will be honored with Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A350-900XWB aircraft. According to the new schedule, AY1541 / 1542 flights will be operated with A330-300 on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting with 31 October 2018. Exceptions are the days 22 December 2018 and 23 March 2019, when these flights will be honored with Airbus A350-900. It is a unique moment for those who are passionate about flights and airplanes to enjoy the comfort of these aircraft on European flights.
Airbus A330-300 Finnair to Brussels, London and Malaga
The other 2 destinations to which Airbus A330-300 Finnair will fly are London and Malaga. On the route Helsinki - London, flights AY1331 / 1332 will be honored with Airbus A330-300 aircraft in the periods: 19NOV18 - 23NOV18 - Mondays and Fridays; 30NOV18 - 15MAR19 on Friday. Currently, these flights are honored with A350-900XWB aircraft.
On the route Helsinki - Malaga, flights Y1671 / 1672 will be operated with A330-300 on Fridays and Sundays, between December 14, 2018 - March 29, 2019. The current Airbus A321 will be replaced.
