China is one of the fastest growing markets for air transport, and Airbus provided 50% of its fleet of commercial aircraft in China.

At the same time, the Chinese aviation industry has contributed to the development of the Airbus A350 XWB. The Airbus Engineering Center in Beijing and the Aviation Industry Corporation of China participated in the development of this aircraft. Airbus says that about 5% of the body of the Airbus A350 XWB aircraft is made in China.
