United Airlines kicked off commercial flights with the first Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner in the fleet. The inaugural flight was on the route Houston - Chicago.
Thus, United became the first operator in North America to operate Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, and the configuration is in 3 classes: 36 of United BusinessFirst seats, 72 of seats at United Economy Plus and 111 seats at United Economy.
