KLM resumes flights to several destinations in the UK.

KLM will resume flights on routes to Bristol Airport (BRS) and Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) starting with July 4. Related to flights to Inverness (INV), they will be resumed starting with July 5.

Daily flights between London City Airport (LCY) and Amsterdam (AMS) will be resumed starting with July 13, while flights to Belfast (BFS) Teesside (MME) Norwich (NWI) Humberside (HUY) and Cardiff (CWL) will be resumed from August 3.

KLM resumes flights to destinations in the UK

During the travel restrictions - March-June - KLM operated flights to the main airports in the UK: London Heathrow (LHR) Manchester (MAN) Edinburgh (EDI), Aberdeen (ABZ) and Birmingham (BHX). Subsequently, on June 5, KLM resumed flights to Newcastle (NCL) and Glasgow (GLA).

KLM Director General for the UK and Ireland, Benedicte Duval, said: "After this difficult period, we are delighted to be able to resume flights on the same pre-COVID routes."

In July, KLM hopes to operate flights to 80% of the number of European pre-COVID destinations and 75% of intercontinental destinations, increasing to 95% and 80% by August, respectively. However, 50% of intercontinental flights are cargo due to current restrictions.
