"On the wings of Romanian culture" - project developed by IEH in partnership with CNAB
The "Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi" Institute for Romanians Everywhere begins on Thursday, 15 January, the series of cultural actions of the year 2015, in partnership with the National Company "Bucharest Airports". Thus, under the sign of the National Day of Culture and the Day of the poet Mihai Eminescu (from whose birth are 165 years), the first action will take place within the project "On the wings of Romanian culture”, Conducted by IEH in partnership with CNAB.
During the whole year, the project will bring to the attention the identity plan, both in front of future generations of Romanians in the country, but also abroad, as well as in front of foreign citizens, who, temporarily, visit Romania and who, in their countries of origin, , I live with the Romanian communities.
The launch event of the project "On the wings of Romanian culture"Will take place on Thursday, 15 January 2015, 11.00 time (Bucharest time), at the Departure Terminal of the" Henri Coandă "International Airport Bucharest and is the premise of the intersection of passengers with traditional values and culture, as well as the presentation of cultural institutions and points of interest. tourist attraction on the territory of our country.
The venue, an authentic Romanian one, is recreated at the "Henri Coandă" International Airport in Bucharest thanks to the traditional objects, made available by the "Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi" Institute by the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant.
The "Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi" Institute for Romanians Everywhere and the National Company "Airports Bucharest" SA, in partnership with the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, propose to the public a show in which will be followed segments representative of the Romanian culture both in the country and abroad. borders: The male choir "Harmony" of the Archdiocese of Tomis, the "Dor Bucovinean" (dance) and "Perla" (folk vocal) bands of Bucovina Art Center for Preservation and Promotion of Romanian Traditional Culture Chernivtsi, Ukraine, as well as artists Lia Lungu, established in the USA and Costel Busuioc, winner, in 2008, of the Hijos de Babel contest, Spain.
"On the wings of Romanian culture”Is also included in the cultural-educational program "CNAB promotes value" and is defined by the presentation of complex artistic moments, which will take place in the unconventional space of the International Airport "Henri Coanda" Bucharest or in various other places, by young talents, ensembles, choirs, etc. - selected from those representative of the Romanian ethnics from the Romanian historical communities, but also of the Romanians in Europe and on the other continents, depending on the interest shown for participating in this project.
