On 10 March 2017, Iran Air received the first Airbus A330-200 from an 100 order of commercial aircraft.
Iran Air is on the wave and the fleet modernization plan continues. At the beginning of the year, Iran Air received the first A321-200. On March 10, it was time for the first A330-200 Iran Air to be delivered.

Both are part of one 100 order of Airbus aircraft, which was placed by Iran Air at the end of last year.
The first information about Airbus A330-200 (EP-IJA) in Iran Air colors appeared at the end of January 2017. The aircraft was photographed at the Châteauroux-Center Airport "Marcel Dassault". He is 2.5 years old and had to reach the Avianca Brasil fleet.
The delivery time, which took place in Toulouse, also marked 56 years since the establishment of the Iranian carrier.
